2 apples, chopped
1/4 cup dark brown sugar + another 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
Preheat the oven to 350. Combine chopped apples and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Add apples to an oven-safe dish. In a bowl, combine remaining brown sugar, oats, and flour. With a fork, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add crumb mixture over top of apples. Bake 30-35 minutes.
