
Ingredients: Makes 4 floats
Optional caramel, for drizzling
2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream per float
4 cups root beer
Directions:
In tall glasses, line the inside of the rim with optional caramel (the caramel will then drip down the rest of the glass). Then, add 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream to each cup. Slowly pour root beer over ice cream. (Root beer might fizz; let fizz settle before adding more.)
