Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:
5 ounces fresh, lump crab meat
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
20 wonton wrappers

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, Parmesan, and Old Bay. Place a small spoonful in the center of each wonton wrapper and fold. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are crispy. (Wontons can also be fried in oil—heat oil to 350, and let cook 1-2 minutes per side.) Serve with soy sauce or duck sauce.
