1 box pasta
1 pound thick-cut bacon
1 pound ground beef
ps heavy cream
8 cups shredded sharp cheddar
Preheat the oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a large skillet, cook bacon to desired crispness. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside. Add ground beef to skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook on medium-low 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
In a medium pot, heat heavy cream on medium-low 5-7 minutes or until hot. Slowly add 6 cups of cheese to heavy cream, whisking to melt and thicken.
After draining the pasta, return it to the pot, and add bacon and beef. Pour in cheese mixture, and stir to combine. Then, pour pasta into a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese, then bake 20 minutes.
