1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 cup blackberries
In a bowl or mason jar, combine oats, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Refrigerate at least 5 hours (for a quicker recipe, used quick oats, and refrigerate for 2 hours). Then, remove oats from refrigerator and top with flax seeds and blackberries.
