
Ingredients:
1 frozen puff pastry sheet
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
Directions:
Defrost puff pastry overnight in the refrigerator. Roll it out into an 11×11 square, then evenly spread sauce, cheese, onion, and pepperoni throughout the puff pastry, leaving a half-inch perimeter on all sides. Once done, roll the puff pastry into a cylindrical shape, then cover with tin foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 430. Remove the pepperoni roll from the refrigerator, and slice it into 1-inch-thick pieces. Bake 20 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
