2 pieces ciabatta bread, about the width of a regular bread slice
4 ounces brie cheese
3 ounces cranberry sauce
Sliced turkey breast
Butter, for toasting
Warm brie cheese in the microwave 10-15 seconds. Spread cheese on one half of ciabatta bread. Then, spread cranberry sauce on the other half of bread. Add turkey, then close the sandwich. Top each piece’s exterior with butter and toast on medium-low in a pan or panini press until golden brown, about 5 minutes on one side and 2-3 minutes on the other.
