Black Pepper Pappardelle

4 ounces pappardelle
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon white wine
Freshly ground black pepper

Cook pasta according to package instructions. With about 1 minute remaining, drain pasta but reserve about 1/4 cup pasta water. Bring pasta back to the stove, add pasta water and butter, and continue cooking on low heat. Add lemon juice and white wine, then black pepper, and toss. Remove pasta from heat and serve.
