
Ingredients:
4 ounces of tortelloni
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. With about two minutes remaining, remove pasta from heat, and drain it until there’s just a bit of water left on the bottom. Add in butter, then sauces, and continue to cook on low for about 2-3 minutes while the sauces heat and the pasta finishes cooking. Remove from heat, and season with salt and pepper if desired.
