Ingredients: Makes 6-8 lettuce wraps
6-8 servings large, frozen shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup sriracha
6-8 large butter lettuce leaves
Red pepper flakes, for garnish (or sesame seeds, for a milder garnish)
To cook shrimp, follow package instructions (shrimp can be either boiled, or grilled over medium-low heat with a splash of olive oil in a pan). While shrimp cook, combine honey and sriracha in a bowl and mix well. Remove shrimp from heat, and toss in honey sriracha sauce. Add shrimp to lettuce wraps, then garnish with crushed red pepper or sesame seeds.
