Maple Pancetta Brussels Sprouts

1 pound Brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup diced pancetta
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Sea salt

Chop Brussels sprouts in half or into quarters. Add Brussels sprouts to a large bowl, and toss with olive oil and sea salt, as desired. Add in pancetta, and toss to combine, then transfer Brussels sprouts and pancetta to the air fryer basket. Heat at 350 for 7-10 minutes, depending on desired crispness.

Remove the Brussels sprouts and pancetta from the basket, and add them back to the bowl. Add maple syrup, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
