Spinach & Artichoke Wontons

10 ounces canned artichoke hearts (about 2/3 of a standard can)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup packed frozen spinach, cooked
Salt and pepper
Optional: 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan to taste, if desired
1 package store-bought wonton wrappers
Olive oil

Add artichokes, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and spinach to a large bowl, and season generously with salt and pepper (add Parmesan cheese here as well, if using). Mix to combine. Then, scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture, and place it in the center of the wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold diagonally to create the wonton. Repeat with all wrappers or until mixture is done.
Brush wontons with olive oil, and add them to the air fryer, and fry in batches at 350 for 5 minutes
Remove the wontons, and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
