Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

4 chicken thighs
Sea salt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Season chicken generously with sea salt, and let it sit out 1 hour at room temperature before cooking. (This step is important to the cooking process and should not be skipped.)

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon, and honey, and season with sea salt if desired. Take 1 teaspoon of mixture and brush it over each chicken thigh. Bake chicken in the air fryer at 350 for 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165.

Remove chicken from the air fryer, plate it, and drizzle remaining honey mustard over each thigh before serving.
