Ingredients:
1 pound top sirloin beef
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon soy sauce
1-2 cups frozen broccoli
Directions:
Cut beef into 1- or 2-inch cubes, and place it in the slow cooker. In a bowl, combine beef broth, brown sugar, and soy sauce, then add the mixture to the slow cooker as well. Cook on low 4 hours.
After 4 hours, open the lid and add the frozen broccoli. Cook another 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Serve on its own, or over rice or noodles.
