4 cups medium pasta shells
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 cups frozen broccoli (we used frozen broccoli “cuts” to save money)
1-2 cups Panko bread crumbs, generously seasoned with salt & pepper
Cook pasta according to package instructions. To cook broccoli, preheat the oven to 400, then cook the broccoli for 30 minutes. Or, air fry at 400 for 10 minutes. (If oven-roasting, lower heat to 350 once broccoli is cooked.)
In a large pan, add heavy cream and heat on medium-low. After about 3 minutes, add 1 cup of shredded cheese, and whisk to melt it into the cream. Once cheese is fully melted, turn off the heat, and let the sauce sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
