1 orange bell pepper
1/2 small red onion
1-pound sirloin steak
Fresh chopped garlic or garlic powder
6-8 six-inch skewers
Cut bell pepper into 2-inch pieces. Peel layers or red onion, and cut into two-inch pieces. Cut steak into two-inch pieces. Place pepper, then onion, then steak on a six-inch skewer.
In a skillet, heat a splash of oil on medium-low for 2 minutes. Season skewers generously with salt, then add them to the skillet and cook 3 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 3 minutes, or until steak is tender. Remove from heat and serve.
