
Ingredients:
2 slices bakery bread, plus softened butter or mayonnaise, for toasting
4 ounces burrata
4-6 small slices soppressata
1 whole cherry pepper, sliced
Optional balsamic glaze, to drizzle
Directions:
Spread softened butter or mayonnaise on bread. Top with burrata, soppressata, cherry pepper slices, and balsamic glaze, if desired. Cook on medium-low heat 5 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and toast is to desired crispness.
