2 slices bakery bread, plus softened butter or mayonnaise, for toasting
3 ounces thinly sliced steak, such as Steak-Umms
2 ounces Provolone
1/3 cup sliced bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced sweet onion
In a small pan, heat a splash of oil on medium-low, then add onions and peppers, and cook to soften, about 5-7 minutes. Spread softened butter or mayonnaise on bread. Top with cheese, peppers, onion, and steak. Cook on medium-low heat 5 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and toast is to desired crispness.
