
Ingredients:
2 slices bakery bread, plus softened butter or mayonnaise, for toasting
2 slices cheddar cheese
8 ounces packaged pulled pork (or, follow this easy pulled pork recipe!)
4-6 large pickle chips
Directions:
Spread softened butter or mayonnaise on bread. Add cheddar cheese, then pulled pork, then pickles. Cook on medium-low heat 5 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and toast is to desired crispness.
