Antipasto Skewers

1 package small mozzarella balls
12 slices salami or soppressata
12 pepperoncini (about 1 standard jar)
12 pieces of quartered and marinated artichoke hearts (about 1 small jar)
1 small jar of sliced roasted red peppers
12 6-inch wooden skewers, for placement

On each skewer, add pepperoncini. Then, fold salami in half, and in half once more, and place it on the skewer. Follow that with a quartered artichoke, a roasted red pepper slice, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat for each skewer.
