Dijon Marinated Grilled Chicken

1 tablespoon Dijon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Sea salt
3 slices thin chicken breast

Combine Dijon, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and sea salt. Add chicken to a plastic bag, then pour marinade over chicken. Seal the bag, and let marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator, then another 30 minutes at room temperature. Remove and cook in a pan on medium-low heat about 3-4 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through to 165 Fahrenheit.
