Filet Mignon Crostini

Ingredients:
Sea salt
8-ounce Filet mignon, plus olive oil for searing
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons horseradish (can be adjusted to taste)
Baguette
Greens, for garnish (such as basil, parsley, or chives)

Directions:
Season filet generously with sea salt. Preheat the oven to 400. Add a splash of olive oil to an oven-safe pan, and heat on high 2-3 minutes. Add steak to pan, and sear on all sides. Then, place the steak and pan in the oven and cook an additional 5-10 minutes, or to desired doneness. Let steak rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and horseradish in a small bowl, and set aside. Slice baguette into 1-inch pieces. Drizzle baguette with a splash of olive oil, then toast at 400 for 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and spread horseradish sauce on each slice. Top with sliced filet, then garnish with greens, and serve.
