2 cups Brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sea salt to taste
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (or less, for less spice)
Cut Brussels sprouts in half (or in quarters, if they’re large), and add them to a large bowl. Add olive oil, plus some sea salt, and toss to combine.
To cook: Preheat the oven to 400, then cook Brussels sprouts 20-30 minutes or to desired crispness. Or, air fry them for 10-15 minutes or to desired crispness.
When Brussels sprouts are cooked, toss them in honey and red pepper flakes, and serve.
