1 large flour tortilla
2 cups store-bought baby kale mixed greens
2-3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup crispy chicken, cooked and chopped (we used Tyson frozen chicken)
Add mixed greens to the center of the tortilla. Top with dressing, then Parmesan, then chicken (then add a bit more dressing, if desired). Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom to fold it into a wrap. Slice down the middle, and serve.
