4 pieces thick bakery bread
8 garlic cloves, plus a splash of olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 large avocados, ripened and thinly sliced
Optional crushed red pepper, for spice
Preheat the oven to 400. Toss garlic in olive oil, and roast it in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the garlic, and mash or slice it.
Toast bread to desired crispness. Then, evenly spread mayonnaise across all slices. Top with sliced avocado, sea salt, and roasted garlic.
