1 package store-bought pizza dough
1/2 cup pesto
8 ounces burrata
1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
4 slices prosciutto or speck, loosely cut into manageable pieces
Let dough sit out at room temperature for 30-60 minutes before using.
Preheat the oven to 425. Roll pizza dough out until crust reaches desired thinness. Spread pesto evenly over dough, then add chopped garlic, and bake pizza dough 10 minutes. Remove dough from oven, and top with burrata and meat; bake another 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
