1 large flour tortilla
Tail and claw meat of 1 small lobster, steamed (lobster should be at least 1 1/4 pounds)
1-2 teaspoons mayonnaise
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
2 large lettuce leaves
Salt to taste

Roughly chop the lobster meat. In a bowl, combine lobster, mayonnaise, and lemon juice, and season with salt.
Add the lettuce to the tortilla, then top with the lobster salad. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, and roll the tortilla from the bottom to create the wrap.
