Prosciutto and Mozzarella Wrap

1 large flour tortilla
3 ounces fresh mozzarella
3 slices prosciutto
1 large roasted red pepper, sliced
1 cup packed arugula

Lay the tortilla flat. Add mozzarella, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and arugula. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, and roll the tortilla from the bottom to create the wrap.
