Ingredients:
20 small chocolate chip cookies
1-2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles

Directions:
Add a scoop of ice cream in between two cookies to form the sandwich. Then, roll cookies in red, white, and blue sprinkles. Place cookies in the freezer to keep them cold until they’re ready to serve.
