Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
12 chicken wings
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
2 garlic cloves, plus a splash of olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Cook chicken wings in either the air fryer or the oven. (Preheat oven to 400 and cook wings 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165. Or, cook wings in air fryer at 350 for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until internal temperature reaches 165.)

Meanwhile, in a pan, sauté garlic with a splash of olive oil in a pan on low heat until exterior is golden brown. Remove the garlic, finely chop it, and set aside.

Melt butter, then add lemon pepper seasoning and chopped garlic. Set butter aside, reheating as needed to keep it a thin consistency. When wings are cooked, let them rest for 3-5 minutes, then toss them in warm lemon pepper butter.
