
Ingredients:
About 18 jumbo shells
6 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
2 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cups store-bought Alfredo sauce, divided
Directions:
Cook shells according to package instructions. Meanwhile, add 1 cup Alfredo sauce to the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish. Then, in a small bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, and mozzarella. Season mixture with salt and pepper. When shells are fully cooked, drain them.
Preheat the oven to 350. Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture, then add each shell to the baking dish. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese, and bake 20-30 minutes.
