1 package store-bought pizza dough
8 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup sliced sweet onion
Let pizza dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425. Then, roll pizza dough out, and top with half the barbecue sauce. Top pizza with cheese, then chicken, then onions, then remaining barbecue sauce. Cook pizza 20 minutes or until dough is crispy and cooked through.
