2 large flour tortillas
4 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
2 tablespoons buffalo sauce, or as much as desired
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Lay one flour tortilla flat, then spread ranch dressing to coat the tortilla. Top with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Top with the second tortilla. Then, coat a large pan with cooking spray, and add the quesadilla to pan. Heat the quesadilla on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through to toast each side.
