15 medium shrimp (peeled and deveined), plus oil for cooking
5 fresh peach slices
1 teaspoon chopped jalapeño
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Add a splash of olive oil to a large pan. Season shrimp with sea salt, then cook on medium-low heat until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side or until pink and opaque.
In a food processor, combine peaches, jalapeño, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Blend until slight chunks remain. Transfer sauce to a small pan, and heat it just until warm. Spread sauce onto a dish, and top with shrimp.
