Peach Sorbet

Ingredients:
4 whole peaches, sliced and skin peeled
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cold water
Basil, for garnish

Directions:
Freeze peach slices until frozen solid, about 3 hours. Then, in a food processor, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth, then refreeze once more until solid, about 30 minutes. Serve with a basil garnish, if desired.
