
Ingredients:
Tortilla chips (about half a standard-sized bag)
1 cup cheddar cheese
8 ounces canned beef chili, such as Hormel
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 small jalapeño, chopped
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Add tortilla chips to either a sheet pan or an oven-safe dish. Top chips with cheese, chili, tomatoes, and jalapeños. (Feel free to create the nachos in layers to ensure every chip gets some toppings!) Bake 15-20 minutes.
