
Ingredients:
Tortilla chips (about half a standard-sized bag)
1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
1/3 cup canned sweet corn
1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Add tortilla chips to either a sheet pan or an oven-safe dish. Top chips with cheese, sweet corn, and sweet onion, and bake 15-20 minutes. Remove nachos from the oven, then top with cilantro.
