Ingredients: Makes about 25 wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
25 chicken wings and drumsticks
Directions:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, and salt. (Tip: Heat the mixture for 10 seconds, which will make the ingredients easier to combine.) Set 2 tablespoons of the mixture aside.
Dry the wings well, then add them to a large plastic bag; add the mixture to the bag, except the reserved 2 tablespoons, and coat the wings well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400. Cover a large baking sheet with tin foil, and add the wings to the baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, then flip and bake another 20 minutes. Check the temperature, and make sure the wings are cooked to 165 degrees Fahrenheit; cook longer as needed (cook time will depend on the size and thickness of the wings.)
Let the wings cool 5 minutes, then toss them in the remaining mixture to give them a slightly glossy coat.
