Pulled Pork Wontons

8-10 ounces of pulled pork (store bought, or make this easy slow cooker recipe)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
About 15 wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil, for cooking

Combine pulled pork and cheddar in a bowl, and season with salt. Then, put a spoonful of the mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper, and fold wrapper over. Repeat with all wonton wrappers.

To cook the wontons, preheat 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat for about 3 minutes, then cook wontons until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Or, brush wontons in oil, and cook them in the air fryer at 350 for about 8 minutes, turning halfway through.
