2, 8-ounce cheeses (opt for something that’s easy to slice and shape)
14 ounces of pre-sliced soppressata
Optional candy eyeballs, if desired
To shape the cheeses and soppressata: Slice the cheese and meat into 2-inch squares. Clean a pair of scissors, and use the scissors to round the squares into a ghost shape. Then, cut small triangles at the bottom of the ghost shapes to form the actual ghost. Do this for all cheeses and meats.
Arrange the cheese and charcuterie as desired, filling in gaps with grapes and crackers. Then, if using the candy eyeballs, place them on a few ghost shapes throughout the board.
