Pull Apart Spinach Dip Bread

Ingredients:
1 package frozen spinach
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup + 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 baguettes

Directions:
Cook spinach according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain is extremely well to remove as much water as possible. Then, add cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, and 1 cup of mozzarella to a bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and combine it. Then, add the mixture to a resealable bag, and cut the corner of the bag narrowly to create a piping bag.

Preheat the oven to 350. Slice each baguette about 90% of the way through, making slices about 1-inch apart. (Do not cut the baguette all the way through.) Using the homemade piping bag, pipe the mixture in between the bread slices. Once done, add any remaining mixture to the top of the bread slices, and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella.

Bake the bread for 20 minutes, and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. To eat, simply break a piece of the bread off of the end.
