Pear & Blue Cheese Pork Chops

2 pork chops, plus oil for searing
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 pear, sliced or chopped
2 tablespoons blue cheese
1 tablespoon honey

Preheat the oven to 350. In an oven-safe pan, add a splash of oil, plus the butter, and let it fully melt on medium heat. Then, turn the heat to medium-high, and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side.

Add the pears and blue cheese to the top of each pork chop, then place the oven-safe dish in the oven, and cook the pork chops an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the pork chops from the oven, and drizzle honey over each, then serve.
