Spicy Sriracha Noodles

2 servings wide lo mein noodles
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped green onion

Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. In a large bowl, whisk together sriracha, soy sauce, and honey.
Using a pair of tongs, transfer the noodles to the bowl, taking some of the pasta water with the noodles. Toss the noodles in the sauce, then plate them, and top with green onions.
