Crab and Artichoke Dip

8 ounces high-quality lump crab meat
1, 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Italian-blend shredded cheeses

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker; loosely mix them, and let the dup simmer for 2-3 hours on low. (If cooking for 3 hours, remove the lid halfway through and mix the dip, so it doesn’t burn). Then, transfer to a dish and serve.
