Makes 4 sliders
1/2 pound deli roast beef
1 tomato, thickly sliced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon horseradish (or less, for less spice)
4 slider buns, plus optional butter for toasting
If desired, spread butter onto the insides of the buns, and broil them on high 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and horseradish. Then, top the buns with tomato, roast beef, and horseradish mayo.
