Lemon Dill Chicken Salad

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons fresh dill
Sea salt, to taste
1 1/2 cups chopped grilled chicken

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and salt; mix well. Then, toss with chicken and serve on a sandwich or over lettuce.
