4 ounces fettuccine (2 servings)
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon fresh garlic
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup fresh Parmesan, grated
Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a medium pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream; season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add parmesan and whisk until fully melted, about 2 minutes. Toss pasta in sauce. Top with fresh parsley for a pop of color (optional), and serve immediately.
