4 servings orzo (about 1 1/3 cups)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cup feta
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
3 tablespoons lemon vinaigrette (available in salad dressing aisle of grocery store)
Cook orzo according to package instructions. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, feta, and parsley. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Season with black pepper to taste.
