1 slice whole grain bread
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
1-2 pieces smoked salmon
1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
Optional: squeeze of lemon juice
Toast bread to desired crispness. Top toast with avocado, salmon, red onion, and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper. Add a squeeze of lemon juice (optional).
