Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:
8-10 jalapeños
5 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 clove garlic, crushed
8-10 bacon strips

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and membrane from inside. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic. Fill jalapeños with cream cheese mixture, then wrap bacon strips around each jalapeño. Bake 20-30 minutes or until bacon is crisp and jalapeños are tender.
